SECTOR.mx is a browser-based air traffic control simulator.

I build it and test it with a retired air traffic controller in the loop. It's calibrated against real traffic data, so the procedures and the feel match how the job actually works.

This blog documents the build: the airspace, the domain, and the details that turn out to be harder to get right than they look.
